      Whitney Hart is a speech-language pathologist here at the TOTS Clinic.  She went to Indiana State University for her Bachelor’s degree and then Ball State University where she received a Master’s degree in Communication Studies.  Whitney has been a certified Speech-Language Pathologist for almost 6 years and has worked in a variety of pediatric environments such as, private practice, early intervention and the school settings.  She has been with TOTS part time for 2 ½ years and enjoy working with the amazing clients and families.  She take pride in encouraging her clients to work hard and do their very best and enjoys working with families and other therapists as a collaborative team.  Whitney can’t wait to work with your child and have you join in on this wonderful adventure.

      Karen Clements has dedicated her occupational therapy career to working with children who struggle with writing, sensory regulation and behavior, and executive function skills. Since receiving her Bachelors of Science from Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis, she has lent her expertise to schools, children’s hospitals, outpatient clinics, and First Steps programs. She highly values the intensive 1:1 therapy she provides through TOTS and enjoys the challenge of exploring varied treatment techniques to improve her clients’ independence. In addition to the wonderful variety of large therapy equipment and tools at her disposal, she likes to utilize innovative treatments and recently completed courses on yoga and mindfulness.

      Amy Morton is a occupational therapist at TOTS. She graduated from IUPUI and has been an OT for over 23 years most of which has been in pediatrics. She has worked in a variety of setting, but outpatient pediatrics is her favorite. She loves her job and can not imagine doing anything else. She adores kids of all ages and personalities and she truly feels like she learns as much from them as they do from her. She believes in keeping therapy fun and energetic and yet challenging. Amy has worked for TOTS part time since its beginning. Amy feels truly blessed to be part of the TOTS family where we all work together and support each other while having fun. Amy can not wait to meet you and your child.

      Megan Moran is a speech-language pathologist who found her calling in pediatric outpatient services. After earning her bachelor’s from Purdue University, she went on to earn a master’s degree from University of Texas at Dallas. She believes in keeping therapy sessions fun and exciting, while working towards a child’s goals in tandem with supportive families who understand the importance of carrying over lessons into the home and beyond. Watching her patients improve their daily lives as they make huge strides in their speech and language skills is her greatest reward.

      Melissa Melrose is a speech-language pathologist with a passion for outpatient therapy.  She received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University in Bloomington. She believes that therapy should be fun, but challenging and engaging at the same time and makes an effort to offer ideas to families for at home activities after each session. Understanding that parents and guardians know their children best, she prides herself on being an exceptional communicator and always keeping families in the loop.

      Melanie Witkowski is the clinic director for TOTS as well as an occupational therapist. She attended Western Michigan University where she earned a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, and a minor in music. She has a passion for sensory integration and enjoys the detective work of discovering what information is not working and determining how to best fix it. She believes in encouraging children by letting them take the lead, allowing their hard work to feel more like fun and play. Additionally, she is always eager to work with families and schools to make a child’s daily life as enjoyable and functional as possible. Her truest reward is in watching kids improve as abilities that some take for granted, like sleeping, eating, and paying attention, fall into place and allow a child to blossom.
