Clinic Director; Occupational TherapistLisa is an Occupational Therapist who received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 2002. She has been an employee with Theracare since 2005 and has been practicing occupational therapy 20 years. She has been a manager for the past 10+ years. She is the proud mom of 2 boys, Tyler (17) and Caleb (13). Caleb is also a client of the TOTS clinic and received PT, OT and ST services. She lives in Noblesville and her boys attend Noblesville schools. She absolutely loves everything Disney and loves to run and workout in her spare time. Lisa is on the Board of Directors for Gigi’s Playhouse and is very active in the Down Syndrome community. She is committed to ensuring TOTS provides the highest quality pediatric therapy services in our community. Her passion is to help your child/children thrive.

Clinic Coordinator, Certified Occupational Therapy AssistantWendy has been a loyal and valued employee of Theracare for over 25 years. She received her Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Indiana University. Wendy began her career in the subacute setting primarily treating patients with traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries. She then joined Theracare and has demonstrated her clinical expertise in a variety of ways as she has treated geriatric patients, psychiatric patients, and pediatric patients. Today, she is the Clinical Care Coordinator for the TOTS Fisher’s location along with continuing to be a treating clinician.
Wendy lives in Indianapolis with her husband and two pugs. She has two adult children and a grandson. In her spare time, she loves to stay active. Wendy especially enjoys running, boating and spending time with family.

Occupational TherapistPaulos is an Occupational Therapist having received a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana. While working toward is doctoral degree, Paulos completed 2 clinical rotations in outpatient settings where he evaluated and treated patients. These settings were a hand clinic where he treated issues such as wrist fractures, lateral and medial epicondylitis, Carpal tunnel syndrome, and other injuries due to accidents or falls. In his second outpatient rotation, Paulos treated primarily children and some adults with a variety of cognitive and physical deficits. Paulos joined TOTS in March 2023 and has loved helping children with issues such as developmental delays, autism, and sensory processing disorders. He loves including fun craft and cooking activities into his therapy.
Paulos’ family is originally from Eritrea, East Africa and he immigrated to the US in 2001 with his family. He enjoys traveling and exploring new places and learning about other cultures. He comes from a medical family including 3 other siblings who are also in the medical field. His pastimes include watching European soccer as he is a massive fan of Arsenal from England. He also enjoys trying delicious food from other places and spending quality time with his family.

Occupational TherapistSamantha is a dedicated licensed Occupational Therapist who currently lives in Indianapolis. She brings extensive experience in both geriatric and pediatric therapy. She is an Indianapolis native, growing up in the Washington Township School District and pursued higher education at Purdue University where she earned her undergraduate degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences. She further advanced her career by obtaining a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA.
Samantha has a wide range of clinical experience treating pediatric patients with a developmental, sensory, orthopedic and fine motor concerns along with adults treating wounds, orthopedic conditions, neurologic disorders and genetic diseases. Her commitment to enhancing overall health and functional performance extends beyond therapy as she is also a certified personal trainer with six years of experience in fitness and exercise, specializing in pain management and holistic wellness.
In her personal time, Samantha enjoys exploring local restaurants, walking her dog along the Monon Trail, hitting the gym, and tackling DIY home projects with her husband.
